Our Ministry Philosophy 

We are an international community of churches bound as one by a covenant to evangelize the world and fulfill the Great Commission through the power of the Holy Spirit, the love that flows from His Son Jesus Christ, and the fellowship of the believers. Through this ministry, we build communities of families where lives, regardless of their origin or status, are drawn and transformed to reflect the image of Jesus Christ and to shine like stars in a dark world for the glory of God. For this we lay our lives, for this, we bear the torch that lights a path for the generations to follow until our Lord Jesus comes.

The desire of God to find the lost has been clearly stated from the Old Testament to the New Testament. The command to "disciple all nations” in Matthew 28:19-20 was the same call to the nation of Israel in the Old Testament to be the "light to many nations." God has not changed His directive from Genesis wherein He commanded Adam to multiply and subdue the land. Today, He commands us to expand His kingdom.
The command and response to this responsibility involve all nations and all races. The command does not speak about material limitations but speaks of resourcefulness and creativity in reaching the lost in many nations, and reconciling them to God.

Word International Ministries in its desire to obey God's command finds its mission statement in 2 Cor. 5:17-20 "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ."
